By using Notetake, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Notetake provides tools for recording sessions, writing notes, attaching timestamps, generating transcripts, and producing AI-assisted summaries.
We may update, improve, suspend, or remove parts of the service at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activities that occur under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service lawfully.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription pricing, billing periods, and included usage limits are shown in the app at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the platform where you purchased them. Refunds, billing, and cancellation rights may also be subject to the rules of Apple, RevenueCat, or other applicable payment providers.
If a plan is described as "Unlimited," that means generous use subject to fair use. We may limit or review usage that is abusive, automated, fraudulent, commercially excessive, or likely to harm service reliability for other users.
You retain rights to the notes, recordings, transcripts, and other content you create in Notetake. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that content in order to operate the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to record, upload, or process any audio or other content you use with Notetake.
You agree not to:
Transcripts and summaries may contain errors, omissions, or misleading content. AI output is provided for convenience and should be reviewed by a human before being relied upon for decisions, compliance, or high-stakes use.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and service performance may vary depending on your device, internet connection, third-party providers, and platform rules.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create risk for the service, other users, or our providers.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties except where they cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from your use of Notetake.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
